JENINE WRIGHT
As fit life founder, Wright has trained
everyone from Olympic athletes to total
newbies. After receiving a master’s
degree in exercise physiology from
Adelphi University and a bachelor’s
degree in exercise science from the
University of Massachusetts, Jenine
worked in clinical physiology, health
promotion, and training prior to founding
fit life. She’s served as an examiner for
the American College of Sports Medicine
(ACSM) and holds numerous certifications
and qualifications, including ACSM
Exercise Specialist and Health Fitness
Instructor, Functional Movement
Screening, Nutrition Certification, TRX
Suspension Training, Mad Dogg Certified
Spinning Instructor, Stages Indoor
Cycling, Stage Flight, Indo-Row Coach,
and she is a STOTT Trained Pilates Mat,
Reformer, CCB and Special Populations.
Jenine is a Tupler Trained Professional,
specializing in pre/post natal and
diastasis recti repair. She is also an
American Heart Association BLS
instructor. Through her education and
experience, she’s learned that achieving
your highest level of health is a
multifaceted approach that includes not
only movement but healthy eating and
sleep habits, stress management, and,
most importantly, the support of
educated health, fitness, and nutrition
professionals to guide and inspire you.
This belief has formed the model for fit
life where, every day, she and her
dedicated team work to help their
members find the path to their own fit
life.
GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
LIZ MORRISON
Liz is a Group Exercise Instructor and
Personal Trainer with Over a Decade of
Experience. Liz has worked as a Personal Trainer for 14 years, having earned her Personal Training Diploma from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She has spent 13 years teaching group fitness and has acquired a group fitness
certification, Postpartum Corrective.
Exercise Specialist certification, and Barre
certification. Liz's passion for holistic
health led her to obtain certification as a
Nutritional Therapeutic Practitioner five
years ago. With a background in
anatomy, movement, mind and body
connection, and community, Liz brings a
unique and comprehensive approach to
all her classes.
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
TARA DOUBMAN
Tara began her yoga journey after a
serious accident as a way to improve her
balance, strength and flexibility. Along
the way, she found the power of
breathwork as a way to stay present,
especially when life throws difficult things
your way. During her 12 years as a yoga
student, Tara has attended many
different types of classes - Hatha,
Vinyasa, Baptiste, Iyengar and Ashtanga
- with many different teachers and
teaching styles. Her 200 Hour RYT
training was completed with Stacy and
Dave Dockins, who teach an embodied
posture flow, where students are encouraged to try slight variations on
postures to find what works best in their
own body. Tara teaches a flow class with
some held postures and hopes that her
students can take one small cue or tip
away from each class – and have a little
fun as well.
PERSONAL TRAINER
KARA EISENBERG
Kara became an ACSM Certified Personal
Trainer in 2017 at the University of
Massachusetts Amherst, while completing
her B.S. in Kinesiology. She worked as an
Exercise Physiologist at Boston Medical
Center, and has competed in
strongman/strongwoman since 2018.
Kara loves to work with those who are
looking to gain confidence in the gym and
in themselves, those who are looking to
gain strength in the weight room, and
those who may have special considerations with training. Outside of the gym, Kara loves to spend time outdoors however she can, snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer!

WENDY PORTER
Wendy is a Level 3 Elite Certified Mad
Dogg Spinning(R) Instructor and an ACE
Group Fitness Instructor. After
participating in high impact high cardio
classes into her 40’s she fell in love with
indoor cycling for its lower impact, cross
training and cardiovascular benefits.There’s
no better way to share the love than to
teach! While she’s not finding great
remixes of 80’s to todays music for class,
she’s got country on the

DANIELLE GOOD
Danielle is an ACE Certified Personal
Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, mad
dogg spinning and Nutrition Specialist.
Certified Health Coach and Running
Coach. She is also a certified Corporate
Wellness Specialist, carving out a new
position at her day job- "Health and
Wellness Lead".
It's Danielle's mission to help everyone
she works with to move efficiently and
effectively and to feel their absolute best.

She believes that everyone can find the
type of activity that brings them joy.
While she believes having a well rounded
approach to fitness is the best approach,
her favorite type of activity is running.
She is a Boston Marathon Qualifier and
NYC Marathon Finisher. She'll be running
Boston in April 2023 and can't wait to
represent fit life at this special event.

TYLER AXELSON
Tyler has a doctorate degree in physical
therapy, as well as a bachelor’s degree in
psychology with a concentration in sports
psychology. He is a Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and
has worked with a wide variety of
athletes from different sports including
women’s ice hockey. His favorite activities
include running, strength training and
playing golf. He believes in making
exercise enjoyable for everyone so that
they can live happier and more fulfilled
lives.

NANCY JAMIESON
Nancy has a love for working out and for
people! She is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor, Certified Stages
Cycling, Stages Power and Stages Beats.
Her passion is motivating others to feel
their best and experience a great sense
of accomplishment.

SAM BONCI
For someone who likes to take everything with a grain of salt there is a lot that Samantha cares about and feels responsible to invest in. Since having two young boys (and pup) with her husband she has found even more the importance of fitness, self, clean eating and balance Devoted to fitness coaching since 2004, Samantha studied Athletic Training where the passion for body movement took off. Samantha continued her education through many certifications including NASM, Stages Flight and Human Movement certification. personally she divulged into many fitness competitions that motivate her to stay on track. When coaching Sam likes to preach methods and reason while digging into people’s mind to find what motivates them to improve their well being ...while smiling

CORIN CASHMAN
For many people, day-to-day living involves
trying hard to do more and powering through to results. Consider Corin’s classes a reset. She focuses on cultivating calm and peace while building strength and confidence in ways that help you feel more present, no matter where you are. Corin draws on her extensive teacher
training, including Baron Baptiste Power Yoga,Live Love Teach (200hr) and Yoga Project (300hr), to create classes where students leave feeling transformed and open to new possibilities, on their mat and in their lives.

DEANA HICKEY
Deana is a certified Personal Trainer and
is qualified to teach TRX. She has been
teaching group fitness for over the past
10 years. Her classes are dynamic, fun,
never the same! Deana has a passion for
strength training and running and is a
four-time Boston marathon finisher.
Deana is a mother of three children and
places an emphasis on finding an hour or
45 minutes to reap the benefits of
training not just for physical results but
overall, well-being.

KRYSTA BERTOLINI
Krysta is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning
Instructor and has certifications through
Stages Indoor Cycling and Stages Power.
Krysta has her Bachelors of Science and
Associates in Dental Hygiene. Fitness is
her true passion and that shines through
in her cycle classes. She loves to
motivate and push her students to their
limits in a positive way helping them to
achieve their goals and get the results
they are looking for. She loves to see her
classes working hard but having fun at
the same time!

SEAN JONES
Sean is a certified National Academy of
Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer
who has years of experience in weight
training. He has been around athletics all
his life. Sean was a college football
athlete and competed in a bodybuilding
men’s physique competition. Through
those experiences, he learned about both
the positives and negatives of the fitness
industry. Now he takes a more holistic
approach to living a healthy lifestyle. He
believes that our mental, physical and
emotional health are all interconnected.
Though his expertise is in weight training,
Sean hopes to work with individuals, to
improve their body’s stability, flexibility
and cardiovascular health. Outside of
personal training, Sean is a 3rd grade
ESL teacher and DJ. He is also a
competitive breakdancer and a
professional performer in salsa and
bachata dance. Sean is high
conversational in Spanish and Korean.

SUSAN WISEMAN
Susan is a certificate spinning instructor
by Mad Dogg Spinning and certified
indoor cycling and power through Stages
Indoor Cycling. From a college athlete to
a coach, she is truly inspired to see
others succeed. Her favorite part about
being an instructor is making class
participants smarter and stronger while
having fun.

CHRISTA RUSSO
After 27 years in the hotel business
Christa discovered Pilates and Barre at a
local Winchester studio and got hooked.
After taking a total of 1100 classes she
took her passion to the next level and
began her education journey to become
an instructor. Christa'S trainings include
Mat 1 Pilates with Balanced Body at
Boston Body, Certified BarSculpt 1 and 2,
TRX Qualified, Barre Foundations with
Props at Northeast Pilates, Zumba 1, Basic
Kettlebell, CPR and AED Certified, Basic
Anatomy at Northeast Pilates.
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
HEIDI MICHEL
Heidi’s hope is that her students find the
space and opportunity for self-reflection,
grounding, posture exploration, and,
hopefully, a laugh or two whether they
are just discovering yoga or experienced
yogis. Heidi is certified in vinyasa and
restorative yoga practices and yoga nidra
(guided meditation). Her vinyasa classes
are crafted around specific energy
centers in the body and build to a “peak
pose” for students to master. My "Yoga
Basics" class is a Hatha style of yoga - or
non-flow class - we'll study asanas or
poses, talk about alignment and address
questions. The idea of this class is to give
new students a foundation in yoga and
chance for more experienced students to
refine their practice.

SUE RITTENBERG
Sue has been in the fitness industry for
over 30 years with certifications &
trainings that include; National Academy
of Sports Medicine Certified Personal
Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She is certified in Stages Indoor Cycling
and Stages Power, Les Mills BodyPump,
BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyStep,
BodyJam and Core. Sue is Stott Pilates
trainied and Zumba certified.

BETH MAHER
Beth loves sharing her passion for
fitness! Beth is a certified STOTT Pilates
- Mat, Reformer Instructor. She holds
certifications in barre, TRX, kettlebell,
yoga, and other specialties.

ALISON CLANCY
Instructor, Stages Cycle, Stages Flight,
Stages Power and Stages Beats. She
believes that working out is not just
about being fit or looking good, it enables
you to become stronger both mentally
and physically. Alison lives to inspire
others to reach within themselves, push
themselves harder, and past their comfort zone. She also thrives on helping
others reach their fitness goals by
exercise and proper nutrition.

MARCI GERRIOR
Marci loves to lead people of all ages to
be active. She is an elementary physical
education teacher. Marci loves music from
all genres and loves to create safe, fun,
challenging and effective workouts for all
ability levels! Marci is a certified Personal
Trainer and Group Exercise Coach. She is
a Stages Indoor Cycling certified
Instructor as well as Madd Dog Spinning
Certified. Marci is a STOTT Pilates trained
instructor.
LEAD PILATES INSTRUCTOR, EDUCATOR
LAUREN CAMPELIA
Laura is a Certified STOTT Pilates
Instructor/Trainer, and Certified
Functional Movement Systems, and
Functional Range Conditioning
Practitioner focusing on mobility. She has
been teaching and training clients for
over a decade.
Laura specializes in corrective exercise
and has extensive experience working
with clients recovering from injuries in a
post-rehab capacity. She brings a deep
understanding of the anatomy and
human movement to her trainings and
aims to help clients restore their mobility,
stability, and strength through muscular
and postural balance and body
awareness. Over the course of her career, Laura has discovered no greater joy than helping clients move freely and with reduced pain or limitations. She maintains a strong belief in movement training for injury mitigation/prevention. Additional Specialized Skills/Trainings:Injuries and Special Populations, Athletic

JILLIAN CUNNINGHAM
Jillian graduated with her Doctor of
Physical Therapy in 2012 from the
University of Massachusetts at Lowell
after completing a Bachelor of Science in
Exercise Physiology with a Minor in
Nutrition in 2009. She is a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist
(CSCS) and is certified in Selective
Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
as well as an American Heart Association
CPR instructor. She is a member of the
National Strength and Conditioning
Association (NSCA), holds certification in
Group Exercise through the Aerobics and
Fitness Association of America (AFAA),
and is a certified Dance Educator through
the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston.

THOM CIULLA
Thom has been with us for over 10 years,
with his passion for life and love for
people he has a dedication unlike most!
Thom is a Certified Indo-Row Coach, also
Battle Ropes, Kettle Bells, TRX®
Instructor and a Certified Personal
Trainer. With over 10 years experience in
the fitness industry with a drive and
hunger for education and growth. In Jan
2018, he became certified as a Senior
Fitness Specialist and loves to work with
all! Thom gives everything he has to give
with everything he does!
