Jenine Wright
Owner and Lead Instructor
As fit life founder, Wright has trained everyone from Olympic athletes to total newbies.
After receiving a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of Massachusetts, Jenine worked in clinical physiology, health promotion, and training prior to founding fit life. She’s served as an examiner for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds numerous certifications and qualifications, including ACSM Exercise Specialist and Health Fitness Instructor, Functional Movement Screening, Nutrition Certification, TRX Suspension Training, Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor, Stages Indoor Cycling, Stage Flight, Indo-Row Coach, and she is a STOTT Trained Pilates Mat, Reformer, CCB and Special Populations. Jenine is a Tupler Trained Professional, specializing in pre/post natal and diastasis recti repair. She is also an American Heart Association BLS instructor.

Natalie Klees
Group Instructor
Natalie believes that movement is medicine and exercise should be enjoyable but also challenging. In her classes she will be assisting you on correct form and mobility, while also bringing a smile to your face. Natalie is certified in Group Exercise, TRX and Barre.

Sue Rittenburg
Personal Trainer, Cycle Coach, Group Instructor
To say that Sue is high energy is an understatement! She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is certified in Stages Cycling, Stages Flight, Les Mills: BodyPump™, BodyCombat™, BodyFlow™, BodyStep™, BodyJam™, Core, Stott™ Pilates, and Zumba.

Leah Kalinoski
Yoga Instructor
Leah brings passion and perseverance to the yoga studio. Leah found her yoga practice after years of living with chronic pain from scoliosis. She is a 500- hour Certified Yoga Teacher and certified in Yoga for Scoliosis, as well as trained in Chair/Senior yoga, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.

Nancy Jamieson
Cycle Coach
Nancy has a love for working out and for people! She is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor, Stages Cycling, Stages Power and Stages Beats. Her passion is motivating others to feel their best and experience a great sense of accomplishment.

Reece Ayers
Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer
Reece has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science and Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. As an athlete himself, playing college Lacrosse, Reece has a passion for taking athletes to their next level. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Level 1, Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC).

Alison Clancy

Alison is a Certified Mad Dogg Spinning® Instructor, Stages Cycle, Stages Flight, Stages Power and Stages Beats. Alison lives to inspire others to reach within themselves, push themselves harder, and past their comfort zone.

Ali Evans
Pilates Instructor, Group Instructor
Ali is STOTT™ pilates - mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels Certified Instructor. She has many other certifications and continuing education including: anatomy, pre/post natal, special populations and injuries. Ali is also a certified Barre instructor.

Leah Calderazzo
Personal Trainer, Group Instructor
Leah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Qualified Level 1 TRX Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology with an applied human anatomy and physiology minor and will receive her doctorate in physical therapy in May 2022. She has taught and taken many different exercise classes through her life, always incorporating different types of workouts in her classes to keep members on their toes with a fun, but challenging twist.

Kim Holm
Cycle Coach, Group Instructor
Kim is a certiified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, and RYT200 Yoga Instructor as well as in Mad Dogg Spinning®, Schwinn© Indoor Cycling, Stages Cycling®, and Les Mills Bodypump™.

Rebecca Aldrich
Personal Trainer
Rebecca has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and over 13 years of experience as a personal trainer. She enjoys pushing people to train smart and work hard, which was instilled at a young age as a competitive high school and college athlete, and reinforced by 4 years of military service.

Heidi Michel
Yoga Instructor
Heidi is certified in vinyasa and restorative yoga practices and yoga nidra. Her vinyasa classes are crafted around specific energy centers in the body and build to a “peak pose” for students to master. Heidi's "Yoga Basics" class is a Hatha style of yoga - or non-flow class - we'll study asanas or poses, talk about alignment and address questions.

Krysta Bertolini
Cycle Coach
Krysta is a certified Mad Dogg Spinning® Instructor and has certifications through Stages Indoor Cycling and Stages Power. Krysta has her Bachelors of Science and Associates in Dental Hygiene. Fitness is her true passion and that shines through in her cycle classes.

Christa Russo
Group Instructor
Christa is a certified Mat 1 Pilates with Balanced Body, BarSculpt 1 and 2, Barre Certified by Exhale, TRX 1 Qualified, Barre Foundations with Props, Zumba 1, Basic Kettlebell, CPR and AED trained, Basic Anatomy.

Laura Campelia
Lead Pilates Instructor
Laura is a Certified STOTT™ Pilates Instructor/Trainer, and Certified Functional Movement Systems, and Functional Range Conditioning Practitioner focusing on mobility. She has been teaching and training clients for nearly a decade. Laura specializes in corrective exercise and has extensive experience working with clients recovering from injuries in a post-rehab capacity.

Deana Hickey
Group Instructor
Deana is a certified personal trainer and is qualified to teach TRX. She has been teaching group fitness for over the past 10 years. Her classes are dynamic, fun, never the same! Deana has a passion for strength training and running and is a four time Boston marathon finisher. Deana is a mother of three children and places an emphasis on finding an hour or 45 minutes to reap the benefits of training not just for physical results but overall well being.

Marci Gerrior
Group Instructor, Cycle Coach

Marci combines an extensive educational background with fun, supportive energy that makes every class a standout. She holds an M.S. in leadership in physical education, a B.S. in sport movement science, and certifications is Mad Dogg Spinning®, Stages Cycling, Stages Flight, personal training, group exercise, and TRX 1 qualified. She’s currently an elementary physical education and wellness teacher.

Jillian Cunningham
Personal Trainer, Group Instructor
Jillian graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012 from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a Minor in Nutrition in 2009. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) as well as an American Heart Association CPR instructor. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), holds certification in Group Exercise through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is a certified Dance Educator through the Dance Teacher’s Club of Boston.

Beth loves sharing her passion for fitness! Beth is a certified STOTT Pilates - Mat, Reformer Instructor. She holds certifications in barre, TRX, kettlebell, yoga, and other specialties.

Meredith Softic

Meredith is a Cardiovascular Nurse, Whole Health Coach and to say she has a passion for living a healthy life would be an understatement. Meredith is a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Health Educator, Mad Dogg Spinning, Stages Cycling Instructor, Stages Flight and STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer trained. Meredith loves continuing education and is trained in many additional specialty programs including TRX and Kettlebells.

Sam Bonci
Personal Trainer, Cycle Coach, Group Exercise Instructor
Sam BS in Athletic Training and Masters of Business Healthcare. She had taught group exercise and personal training for over 15 years. Sam is certified through NASM and CrossFit L1 , Sam is an amazing coach who encourages people to find the joys and rewards of fitness. After years of bodybuilding and CrossFit competitions Sam finds that the best challenges are the ones that motivate you not only physically but mentally to bring out the best in you.
