4-HOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be respectful of each other and register in advance for all classes, if you need to cancel, please do so 4 hours prior to the start of class. *please note that any cancellation occurring past the 4 hour policy will result in a $10.00 fee for unlimited pass clients and the loss of the class for class packages.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION
Private/semi private training sessions:
Please make every effort to reschedule your private sessions 24 hours in advance in order for our trainers to adjust their schedules as needed.

5 MINUTES MINIMUM LATE ARRIVAL
Once a class is in session there will be no admittance 5 minutes into the class. If you are new to a class it is suggested you arrive 15 minutes prior to the class. we want to set you up properly and keep you safe.

CHILD CARE 24-HOUR PRIOR REGISTRATION
6 hour cancellation: Our child care providers are on an on call basis, to be respectful of their time, please register for child care appointments 24 hours prior and give a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel. No shows and late cancels will result in loss of child care credit.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE
All fit life clients must have a credit card on file at all times.

UNLIMITED CLASS PASS CANCELLATION/SUSPENSION
Our unlimited passes are a 6 month commitment. After 6 months you may suspend or cancel your monthly commitment with a 30 day notice.

MINIMUM OF 3 PARTICIPANTS TO RUN A CLASS
In the unlikely event that there are less than 3 participants classes may be canceled at fit life’s discretion for low participation and you will be notified a minimum of 4 hours prior to class start time. Your class credit will be returned to you. If the class continues to have low participation it may be taken off the schedule permanently.

CLASS INSTRUCTORS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Most of the time we will know well in advance but in the unlikely event of a last minute emergency we may make needed changes.
